Victoria is dishing up the very latest with celebrities and star chefs as a special guest contributor to Gourmet Live. As Sophie Gayot's guest critic, she also contributes to GAYOT.com in addition to tying in her vast food experiences into her own blog, "The Hot Dish". 

Her love for all things food-related has led her to cook alongside some of the most accomplished chefs in the world, such as: Wolfgang Puck, Jean George Vongerichten, Thomas Keller, Todd English, Curtis Stone, Bobby Flay, Michael Chiarello, Michelle Richard and Morimoto.  She has worked side by side these masters in the kitchen, learning their techniques and reporting on the latest food trends while hosting and producing her own food segments featured on one of the top rated syndicated networks in the world, CBS's "The Insider." 

She was a guest judge on Iron Chef America with Jeffrey Steingarten and Ted Allen, during the competition that put the newest Iron Chef Jose Garces on the map.  Taking on the role of sous chef by special invitation, Victoria teamed up with Bravo's season 3 Top Chef winner Hung Huynh where they competed against Jacques Pepin and Jean Claude at The Aspen Food and Wine Classic Cookoff.  
 
A self-trained home chef, Victoria also enjoys cooking alongside her brother Gregory, a graduate of Le Cordon Bleu and restaurant chef.  He has helped her to refine her own cooking techniques as well as further her palate for modern yet classic cooking.
